About the Role
As a Domestic Assistant at Greensleeves Care, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and safe environments across our 28 care homes in England, providing 24-hour residential, dementia and nursing care to older people.
Responsibilities
- Regular cleaning of residents’ rooms.
- Regular cleaning of lounge, hallways, other communal areas and office areas.
- Damp dusting, mopping floors and vacuuming as necessary.
- Regular cleaning of bathrooms and toilets, including scrubbing and de-scaling baths and tiles, clearing plug holes and taps, de-scaling showerheads, removing soap and cleaning around light switches and door handles.
Requirements
- Ability to manage basic documentation, e.g., cleaning schedules.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to work unsupervised.

This is a zero-hour contract with no permanent hours offered. As a bank domestic assistant you will cover annual leave and sickness.
