Unity Trust Bank is entering an exciting phase of growth – expanding in ambition, scale, and strategic complexity. To support this evolution, we are making a step‑change in how we communicate our financial performance, strategy, and value proposition to shareholders, potential investors, rating agencies, and the wider market.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a rare opportunity to build the Bank’s investor relations and strategic communications capability from the ground up. You will play a central role in shaping how Unity Trust Bank presents itself to external stakeholders, ensuring our narrative is clear, credible, and compelling.
You will be responsible for producing high‑quality financial analysis, shareholder materials, and market intelligence that strengthens our position with existing and future investors. Your work will directly inform how the Bank articulates its performance and long‑term strategy.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in creating high‑quality external materials – presentations, factsheets, briefing notes, and Q&A documents – ensuring a clear and consistent narrative for shareholders, potential investors, rating agencies and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining core stakeholder records, tracking sentiment and themes, preparing senior‑leader briefing packs and coordinating engagement activity with internal teams and external advisors.
- Providing market intelligence, peer benchmarking and financial analysis to inform the Bank’s external messaging and strategic positioning.
- Working closely with FP&A, Treasury, Financial Control and Risk to translate complex performance data into clear insights, support Board and Executive papers and ensure all disclosures meet governance and regulatory standards while maintaining strict control of confidential materials.
What We Offer
- 31 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
- Up to 15% employer pension contribution
- Enhanced family leave and sick pay
- Healthcare cash plan
- 7× salary life cover
