• Ongoing aftercare and patient support
• Education around device use and hearing health
• Accurate, compliant clinical records
• Liaison with wider healthcare professionals when needed

About You

• HCPC registered Hearing Aid Audiologist (HAD)
• Clinical audiology experience preferred
• Confident with major manufacturers such as Phonak, Starkey, Oticon
• Strong understanding of hearing physiology
• Clear, calm communicator with patients
• Able to work independently without hand-holding

Package

• £36,000 to £45,000 basic
• Uncapped commission (3% rising to 5%)
• Realistic OTE £80,000+
• Hybrid working model
• Admin and clinical support in place
• Ongoing CPD and development
