Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, from product launch planning to post-launch performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with in-country and global cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, and execution.
  • Define clear value propositions that resonate with target audiences and drive commercial growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Drive a commercially focused, results-oriented approach across all marketing initiatives.

Requirements for the Marketing Director role

  • Proven experience as a marketing leader in the medical device industry.
