Job Summary

An outstanding opportunity to join an established UK company who are focused on RF/EMC shielded environments. You will be responsible for the every day sales & marketing activities of the business. To liaise with customers to understand requirements and co-ordinate responses. To strive for 100% customer “On time in full and to specification” product and service satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for sales enquiries and engaging with new and existing clients.
  • Follow up enquiries, understand their requirements and work with the commercial team to generate proposals and tender quotations.
  • Take responsibility for proposal creation, template, style, and ensuring compliance and legality to UK Law.
  • Weekly update and management of the CRM system.
  • Provide accurate communication, with the design, project and technical teams, for each project, ensuring all parties understand and are in agreement with the project requirements and amendments.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure that the proposal is profitable and executable.
  • Maintain ongoing customer communications to ensure that the client has the correct support for each contract. This may include site visits and overseas travel.
  • Monitoring all sales activities by market and product type.
  • Set monthly targets; monitor progress; and report to the board of directors
  • Be engaged with market intelligence on new products and services
  • Assist in developing and implementing annual profit plans.
  • Assist with company product literature including data sheets and marketing material.
  • Assist in forming and creating partnerships with businesses.
  • Be responsible for and comply with the ISO9001 2015 standards at all times.
  • Engage with a continual PDP (Personal Develop Plan) with defined goals.

The Person:

  • Previous EMC experience / awareness
  • Good Communication skills
  • UK National
  • Wiling to be SC Cleared
  • Willing to travel UK and worldwide
  • Clean Driving licence
  • Good IT skills and competence

The Rewards:
