Location: OxfordshireSalary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Overtime, Company Van, Pension and Progression opportunities.

Join a growing company specialising in plumbing and heating installations for residential developments. In this field‑based role you will carry out maintenance work on residential projects across Oxfordshire, including pipework, sanitaryware, heating systems and the testing and commissioning of installations to meet industry standards and building regulations. The position offers a clear career path towards managerial roles such as Head of Maintenance, Project Manager or Estimator.

Responsibilities

• Maintain boilers, radiators and heating systems.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and building regulations.
• Work within the local Oxfordshire patch area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing.
• GasSafe registered.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional, reliable and punctual with strong commitment to safety and compliance.
