General Builder
We currently require an experienced General Builder to join our growing eesibuild team in and around the Gloucestershire area.
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver a cost-effective repair solution in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Be an operative covering all aspects of commercial property repairs and maintenance
- Have a focus on general building, but having experience in carpentry and locks trades would be preferable also
- Preferably have previous experience working within the commercial property sector
Applicants must:
- Hold a full and clean driving license
- Hold industry-recognised qualifications
The right applicant shall have a minimum of three year’s experience, hold a current acs safe certification and preferably trained to NVQ or C&G standard. The role will encompass breakdown, service and maintenance mainly of commercial gas systems.
Approved Electrician
Required for electrical installations. Experienced in commercial and industrial installations a requirement. Qualified to 17th edition IEE Regulations.
