This is a brilliant opportunity to join a manufacturing business that operates within and supplies products to a range of industries from hygienics & dairy through to AI Data centres and is looking to grow its technical fabrication team.

Within this role you will have autonomy over the management of the workshop environment, including aspects of fabrication operations, workshop scheduling, production management, leading multi‑disciplinary production teams and liaising with the rest of the senior leadership and directorship team to help shape the direction of the business moving forward.

The ideal candidate will come from a Fabrication, Weld Shop, Machine Shop or Mechanical Production background, with experience dealing with skilled production teams as well as managing production processes, quality standards and workshop issues.
