Qualifications
- Experience of managing a small team
- Ability to work independently or within a small team
- Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience using hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
- A valid driver’s licence
Responsibilities
- Mobile round working on various multi‑site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools, colleges, parks and open spaces
- Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
- Work within a small team
- Maintain customer service interaction to ensure client satisfaction
- Perform vehicle checks
- Use company van and mobile iPad provided
- Follow PPE, tools and equipment protocols supplied by the company
