The Role:
- Assist with the installation of BMS equipment and wiring
- Support configuring controllers, uploading programs and performing functional testing
- Help diagnose faults and assist with maintenance and hardware replacement
- Liaise with clients and contractors to support project delivery and provide updates
- Produce reports on system performance, alarms and incidents
- Travel to sites across Northern Ireland, with occasional lodging (no more than one week per year)
The Person:
- Basic electrical or mechanical engineering knowledge
- Experience in a site‑based engineering or maintenance role
- Eagerness to learn and develop within BMS/building services
