What You'll Do

The Technical Account Manager will own a portfolio of clientaccounts and be directly responsible for growing revenue, strengthening relationships, and owning outcomes directly related to our clients’ unique business needs.

You will take full ownership of a portfolio of business clients and:

  • Drive revenue growthacross multiple technology brands (Dell, Apple, Lenovo, Xerox, DocuWare, and more)
  • LeadQuarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)that translate technology into real business value
  • Build and executeaccountplans and technology roadmaps
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities — and turn them intoclosed business
  • Act as thetrusted advisorto decision-makers (not just IT contacts)
  • Reduce churn by staying ahead of issues and continuously delivering value
  • Work cross-functionally with service and project teams to ensure execution matches expectations

What You Bring

  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Experience working across multiple vendors or solution stacks is a strong advantage
