Static Electrical Engineer
Location: Derby
Salary: up to £48,000 basic salary
Working hours: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week
Overtime: paid at 1.5x

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out and support reactive maintenance and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) across site M&E systems
- Work on systems including BMS, fire systems, HVAC/air conditioning, generators, and LV electrical distribution/switchgear
- Respond to and complete reactive tasks in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Prioritise and manage workload to ensure optimal service delivery
- Ensure all PPM tasks are completed in line with schedules and compliance standards
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Proven experience in building services / facilities maintenance
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
