Winshall is seeking a Mechanical Site Supervisor to join the company to work on hV substation projects across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Health, safety and environmental requirements
• Quality procedures
• Programme compliance
• Site documentation procedures
• Site records

You will need to complete quality documentation, ensure daily inspections are carried out and assist with site inductions. You must have previous experience working on Grid projects.

Qualifications

• SSSTS/SMSTS and Grid Competent Person
• Strong communication skills and problem‑solving abilities required, along with the ability to anticipate complications
• You are expected to have a good understanding of computer literacy
