Do you have a background in pumps, motors or similar equipment and want to step into a supervisory role? Are you seeking a new position within a well‑established business, working in a tight‑knit workshop with a stable role and early Friday finishes?

We are a mechanical engineering company specialising in the repair and maintenance of 3‑phase motors, fan units, water pumps and other systems. We serve blue‑chip companies, the military, local businesses, farms, leisure centres and more.

The Role

• Working team leader position
• Workshop‑based repair
• Administrative tasks for signing off workshop repairs

• Mechanical / Electrical background
• Looking working team leader role
• Commutable to Harlow
