- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to embed proactive risk management systems and maintain quality practices across the company.
- Assist in upholding the company's quality management system in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of quality performance with team members and supervisors.
- Investigate quality issues, manage non‑conformances and customer complaints, ensuring root cause analysis and preventative actions are implemented.
- Support inspection programmes to ensure all products meet "Right First Time" standards.
- Carry out or coordinate workplace audits, ensuring timely communication and action on recommendations.
Qualifications
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Qualification and Certified Quality Inspector or Technician credentials.
- 3‑5 years' experience in quality assurance, inspection, or engineering within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN1090 standards, with beneficial knowledge of EN1461 and EN13438.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and a solid understanding of quality policies and documentation.
