We need a Senior/Principal Consultant to join our GTM team, focusing on Tech Sales within market research and BI. This is a warm desk, with the market fully mapped, case studies of our success, and a decent chunk of incoming work. Open to experience, but something in the commercial world would naturally be ideal.

Responsibilities
- Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
- Consistently developing existing relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
- Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
- Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
- Managing complex negotiations
- Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
- Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market
- Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
- Supports manager with training, standing in when required and driving initiatives and company values.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in delivering against individual revenue targets
- You have successfully worked as a 180/360 recruiter in an agency
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
- Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve development goals
- Someone who aspires to be a thought leader in their sector
- People with lots of ideas who also encourage others to share theirs
