GTM/ Sales/ Marketing Recruitment- Soho- agency recruitment- hybrid 3 days a week in London

We need a Senior/Principal Consultant to join our GTM team, focusing on Tech Sales within market research and BI. This is a warm desk, with the market fully mapped, case studies of our success, and a decent chunk of incoming work. Open to experience, but something in the commercial world would naturally be ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
  • Consistently developing existing relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
  • Managing complex negotiations
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
  • Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market
  • Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
  • Supports manager with training, standing in when required and driving initiatives and company values.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in delivering against individual revenue targets
  • You have successfully worked as a 180/360 recruiter in an agency
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
  • Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve development goals
  • Someone who aspires to be a thought leader in their sector
