Sales Consultant

The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultant in our Forestside Belfast store. This is a part‑time opportunity, working 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
• Use a personalized selling approach, guiding the customer journey from start to finish.
• Deliver sensorial customer experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
• Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, confidence and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• High level of personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury.
• Ability to work well in a team and drive motivation to achieve store and personal KPIs.
• Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements.
