Sales Consultant

Sales Consultant – 3 day weekend, every other week – Bristol

£32,500 basic salary with earnings up to £65,000+ inclusive of bonus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the importance of life insurance and highlight the benefits of our products and services.
• Perform fact finds, provide quotes and arrange life insurance policies over the phone, in line with our sales process.
• Embrace and demonstrate our core values, including integrity, resilience and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, passion for sales and experience achieving targets.
• Successful career in outbound sales with consistent achievement of targets.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently within a team.
• Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
