Role
This varied role involves everything from member experience to team development. The responsibilities include:
- Deliver an excellent member experience in the club, focusing on service and standards alongside the Gym Manager.
- Support the Gym Manager to bring in new joiners through outreach and community events.
- Recruit, proactively develop a talent pipeline, train and supervise a team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff.
- Manage and improve the Group Exercise (GEX) offering within the gym.
Qualifications / Requirements
- The ability to help everyone in the gym team be the best version of themselves.
- A passion for fitness and wellbeing.
- A desire to embody 'Feel PureGym Good' and do the right thing.
- Driving results with resilience, confidence and integrity.
- A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise.
