The role
You’ll take ownership of distributor partnerships across EMEA, helping drive growth across a portfolio of FMCG brands.
You’re joining at a point where international growth is a real focus. The business already has strong foundations in place. Existing distributors. Established markets. Recognisable products.
Now they want someone who can push things further.
You’ll be:
- Driving commercial performance through pricing, promotions and growth plans
- Leading negotiations and customer reviews working alongside the distributors
- Identifying opportunities to expand the wider product portfolio into current EMEA markets
- Travelling internationally to strengthen relationships and support market growth
What they’re looking for
- Experience in export, international sales in branded FMCG/Food/Beverage
- Someone who understands how distributor-led markets work
- Commercially sharp and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong relationship builder who can influence and drive growth
