Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical training across diagnostics, EV/hybrid systems, ADAS, electronics, emissions and chassis technologies
  • Translate complex technical concepts into practical and engaging training content
  • Adapt training delivery methods to suit varying levels of technical ability
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of course materials and practical exercises
  • Ensure training content aligns with industry standards, legislation and product developments
  • Maintain accurate training records and attendance data
  • Gather delegate feedback to support continuous course improvements
  • Support technical demonstrations, events and customer engagement activities
  • Prepare workshop environments, vehicles and diagnostic equipment ahead of training sessions
  • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and training partners
  • Work collaboratively with technical and support teams to maintain consistent messaging
  • Stay up to date with evolving vehicle technologies and automotive industry developments

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering technical training within the automotive sector
  • Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics and emerging technologies
  • Experience with EV/hybrid systems, ADAS, electronics and diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience developing technical training content for classroom or online learning
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • High level of IT literacy and familiarity with e‑learning platforms
  • Ability to engage effectively with technical audiences and stakeholders
  • Customer‑focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working within a global or matrix organisation is advantageous
