We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward‑thinking Senior Catering Manager to support a cluster of 7 schools in the Birmingham area.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation
• Stock management
• Management of kitchen team
• Food presentation and service set up
• Compliance and allergen management

Requirements and Conditions

• DBS required: Yes
• Contract type: Permanent
• Weeks per year: 44.98
• Hours per week: 30
• Grade: Grade 7, SCP 12 – 17
• Salary: £14.82 – £16.08 per hour

Location / Work base

The work base will be at one of our 7 Birmingham Schools. The head office is at the Food Enterprise Centre, Shrewsbury.

Working Pattern

Monday – Friday between 8am – 2pm, term time only plus 3 additional cleaning days.
