Responsibilities
- Food preparation
- Stock management
- Management of kitchen team
- Food presentation and service set up
- Compliance and allergen management
Requirements and Conditions
- DBS required: Yes
- Contract type: Permanent
- Weeks per year: 44.98
- Hours per week: 30
- Grade: Grade 7, SCP 12 – 17
- Salary: £14.82 – £16.08 per hour
Location / Work base
The work base will be at one of our 7 Birmingham Schools. The head office is at the Food Enterprise Centre, Shrewsbury.
Working Pattern
Monday – Friday between 8am – 2pm, term time only plus 3 additional cleaning days.
