Surveying Area Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Area Manager to join our professional South London Residential Surveying team.

This hybrid role would suit an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to take a meaningful step forward into leadership by managing a high performing team and staying relevant by undertaking 2 days of Residential Surveys and Valuations.

You’ll manage a team of12–15 Residential Surveyors, supporting them deliver excellence in quality, customer experience, and performance, while shaping standards across the team.

You’ll need to be:

• AssocRICS (minimum 2 years post‑qualification), MRICS, or FRICS
• Registered Valuer (RICS)
• Able to demonstrate leadership capability, problem‑solving skills, and effective communication

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of12–15 Residential Surveyors
• Foster a culture of success, high performance, and wellbeing
• Communicate confidently with stakeholders across the business
• Bring new ideas and be open‑minded to trialling initiatives that support performance
• Deliver high qualityMortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
