Food & Beverage Manager

Location: Pendennis Castle, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR11 4LP.

Salary: From £30,472 p.a. depending on skills & experience.

Hours: 36 per week.

Employment: Permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the food & beverage team to deliver excellent service standards and drive sales performance while maintaining strict food safety compliance.
  • Represent the charity confidently as an effective communicator.
  • Contribute to budget setting, monitor and achieve income & expenditure targets.
  • Ensure the Visitor Experience remains at the heart of operations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all internal and external legislation (Allergens, food safety, COSHH, HACCP, etc.).
  • Follow financial procedures.
  • Champion core values of Visitor Experience and plan & oversee operations.

Qualifications

  • Level 2/3 Food Hygiene standard qualification and a personal licence holder.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Commitment to continuous personal development.
  • Ability to follow compliance & legislation (Allergens, food safety, COSHH, HACCP).
  • Planning and operational oversight skills.
