We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Group Procurement team in London. You will work closely with business teams and suppliers to deliver smart sourcing decisions, manage risk, and unlock value across external spend.

Responsibilities

  • Analysing spend, suppliers, and markets to shape strong sourcing strategies.
  • Running RFIs, RFPs and RFQs with confidence and clarity.
  • Preparing tender documentation and commercial analysis that stands up to scrutiny.
  • Assessing suppliers financially and commercially, using objective decision-making.
  • Negotiating and managing supplier relationships to improve service, quality and value.
  • Partnering with internal teams to keep them informed, involved, and supported.
  • Improving procurement processes and helping shape how we work.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a procurement function.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and category management activities.
  • Experience running RFI and RFP processes.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence reviewing contracts and statements of work.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Word, Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
