Job Overview
You will support the payroll team with delivery of monthly payrolls as well as some accounting duties.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll process, including input and data uploads
- Dealing with queries from employees and stakeholders
- Statutory reporting, including P60s, P11ds and PAYE Settlement Agreement
- Journal uploads and reconciliation of control accounts.
Essential Skills and Competencies
- UK Payroll legislation knowledge
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
- Good communication and customer service skills
Desirable Skills and Competencies
- Experience with ADP iHCM
- Experience using multiple payroll platforms
- Experience with accounting
