Overview
You need to be comfortable being in the thick of a fast paced environment, working with Bar Tenders to ensure they have what they need before they even realise they need it. We want our bartenders to be dynamic and passionate about cocktails and have BIG personalities. Experience in a fast paced, service orientated environment is preferable but not essential as full training is provided.
Deputy Manager Responsibilities
- Proven skills in leading and managing large staff groups
- Good attention to detail and the ability to communicate on a professional level with external and internal personnel
- Support the General manager on a day to day basis with the smooth running of the venue
General Responsibilities
- Meticulous in presentation and customer service skills, with natural confidence
- Responsible for the first impressions and lasting impressions of any customer. Act as the face of the venue
Promotions
- Target and tell potential customers where we are and where they can have the best experience for a great night and fantastic cocktails
Customer Service
- Confident and loaded with personality who understand how to deliver the highest levels of waitress service and go the extra mile to ensure our customers are getting the most of their experience with us
