Quantity Surveyor – Water & Environment (On‑Site 3x/week)

Smart 4 EPC is looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Coventry to drive budget control and lead pre-contract activities. You will work on major capital programmes for water companies and the Environment Agency.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, progress towards RICS chartership, and experience in water or nuclear sectors. The role offers flexibility with on-site work for at least 3 days per week.
