Working as an Administrator, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping
  • Support the daily administration tasks of departments
  • Ensuring all information is processed with precision and attention to detail
  • Assisting with documentation, compliance, and reporting tasks
  • Liaising with internal teams to support smooth operations
  • Greeting all visitors and dealing with enquires

To be successful in this Administrator position

You’ll ideally have previous experience within an admin role – previous admin experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Other key skills and traits, include:

  • Strong data entry skills with high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
