Responsibilities

  • Launch daily routine for production scheduling tasks
  • Attend daily production monitoring meetings
  • Report on production progress, parts availability, and adjust daily priorities
  • Manage Work Orders
  • Manage components, including missing parts and logistic distribution
  • Handle potential availability, transfer protocol, and unexpected missing parts
  • Coordinate parasitic flow with other departments
  • Coordinate outstanding works
  • Manage outstanding logistic flows and internal/external transfer of responsibility

Essential Skills

  • Experience of Production Scheduling
  • Customer and results orientated with logical approach to tasks and objectives
  • Ability to work using own initiative to develop effective solutions to problems
  • Team player and proactive assistance to other team members when needed
  • Strong personal branding and can‑do attitude in all areas
  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
