Multi-Skilled Engineer – Food Manufacturing | Growing Business | Permanent Role

Location: Midlands

Shifts: (Insert shift pattern – e.g., 4 on 4 off, days/nights)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging equipment.
• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to engineering projects.
• Working collaboratively with production and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and food hygiene at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• A time-served engineer with a recognised qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment – food/FMCG experience is a bonus.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills – ideally with PLC fault-finding ability.
• A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and a team-first approach.
