- Help maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards
- Play an active role in audits and quality assurance across the service
- Contribute to a 24-hour on-call rota covering a range of services in your area
Who we're looking for
- Experience managing or supervising a team of support workers in a social care setting
- A Level 3 qualification in health and social care (or a willingness to work towards one)
- Some experience or knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL)
- Confidence working with support plans, risk assessments, and associated documentation
- A flexible, person-centred approach and a willingness to work across a 7-day rota when required
Benefits
- 24 days’ holiday + bank holidays; increasing with length of service

- Free life assurance
- Cashback and discounts on high street brands (including 10 % off Sense shops)
- Travel season ticket loans
- Enhanced sick pay
- Free DBS check (if required)
- £350 refer‑a‑friend scheme
- Access to 100+ online and face‑to‑face training courses (including the Care Certificate)

For this role we particularly welcome applications from candidates from underrepresented ethnic minority backgrounds and candidates with disabilities. Everyone's contribution is valued and we ensure they're given the opportunity to realise their potential.
