Join us as Learning and Organisational Development Partner

Location: National role

Band & Salary: Band 6, £40,559.00 – £48,841.00

Contract Type: Fixed Term, 12 months

Hours: 37.5

This is a hybrid role, with both remote and office-based working.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable.

What you’ll do

The Learning and OD role will deliver a range of corporate learning and organisational development interventions across the organisation that have been identified through the Annual plan, People Strategy and the Llais Well-being survey.

The role will support the Director of People and OD and the People and OD Manager with organisational development work in relation to recruitment, leadership development, team development, role development, wellbeing, and organisational change to support the delivery of national and local priorities and will be a champion for organisational development, service change and innovation.

Supporting the Director of People and OD and the People and OD Manager with reviewing the organisation’s volunteer programme with a view to increasing the number and diversity of our people to better reflect the population of Wales.
