Overview

We’re hiring a Global Data Operations Executive to join our Publicis One team working exclusively with LEGO – one of the world’s most iconic and imaginative brands. This role sits at the heart of global media operations, supporting how data is organised, shared and transformed into insight across markets. You’ll work closely with teams around the world, helping shape clarity, consistency and momentum behind high‑visibility global projects. Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a key point of contact for assigned global workstreams, sharing clear progress updates and supporting smooth delivery
  • Partnering with account teams and local markets to collect, organise and validate media data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Supporting recurring and ad‑hoc reporting requests that inform global decision‑making
  • Maintaining and improving internal, market and client documentation across Global SharePoint (trackers, forecasts, calendars and guides)
  • Coordinating global training sessions, including scheduling, communications and presentation materials
  • Supporting regular data and analytics updates, including newsletters and communications
  • Assisting with access requests, platform queries and the commercial scoping of ad‑hoc projects

Qualifications

Skills we’re looking for

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and manage detail with care
  • A collaborative, people‑centred approach and confidence working with stakeholders at different levels
  • Clear, thoughtful communication skills – written and verbal
  • Comfort working with data, including Excel, and an interest in turning information into insight
  • Presentation skills, with experience creating clear and engaging PowerPoint materials
  • Curiosity and critical thinking, with a willingness to question assumptions and learn new skills
  • An interest in media, marketing and data operations, and motivation to grow within a global team
