What the job involves

  • As a (Senior) Strategic Growth Manager you will partner with MCM (Moloco Commerce Media) customers to help them build out a retail media business
  • You will manage customer relationships with large retailers and marketplaces, functioning as a client Go‑To‑Market (GTM) expert, educating and advising on pricing strategy, scalable ad policies, selling performance campaigns, campaign management and optimisation, and how to scale a retail media business
  • Enable our customers to be successful by growing their ads business; crafting GTM strategies with our MCM clients to help drive incremental ad revenue growth
  • Identify growth levers and product improvement opportunities
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with deep understanding of customer verticals
  • Educate business users and advertisers on performance ads values and operations
  • Identify actionable growth initiatives and execute flawlessly to achieve goals
  • Enable decision‑making with a data‑driven strategy and valuable insights
  • Translate complex data analysis into simple language for clear communications
  • Capture customers’ needs and devise optimized and productive solutions
  • Lead multiple client meetings and regular business reviews
