shoezone has an opportunity for a Store Supervisor to join our team based in Selly Oak. The role is part‑time and permanent, and offers a competitive salary, thorough training and great benefits.
The role requires 23 hours per week. Flexibility across the core rota is required, and the schedule may change as business needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure every customer receives excellent first‑class service with a warm, friendly and helpful approach.
- Coach and support the team to maintain the same customer‑service standard.
- Work efficiently in a busy and fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain the shop floor appearance at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Someone who takes pride in what they do.
- Retail management or supervisory experience preferable.
- Flexible availability – to be discussed at interview.
