SOC Shift Lead: Mentor, Detect & Defend Critical Infra

Fynity in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a SOC Shift Lead to lead a team protecting critical Aero, Defence, and Security systems. You will mentor SOC analysts, investigate security incidents, and work with innovative technologies across multiple clients.

The ideal candidate has solid SOC experience, strong people management skills, and is hands-on with Microsoft Sentinel or Splunk. A DV Security Clearance is required, making this a critical role with high impact.
