As a Change Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring change initiatives succeed by focusing on the people side of change—helping individuals adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.**What you will be doing*** Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for projects and programmes.* Lead change activities to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency.* Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, coaching leaders and frontline managers.* Create actionable plans including communications, training, and resistance management.* Monitor readiness, track success metrics, and manage risks to ensure smooth delivery.* Collaborate with project teams and change specialists to embed best practice and evolve enterprise change capability.* Support a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety.**What does it take to be a Change Manager?*** Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent).* Proven experience delivering people-focused change projects.* Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.* Ability to coach, build trust, and work collaboratively across all levels.* Resilience, creativity, and confidence to use your initiative.## **We invest in our people – as a valued employee, you’ll be entitled to:*** Personal private health care* Generous double match pension – contribute 7% and Anglian Water will contribute 14%, giving a total contribution of 21%* 24-hour Virtual GP service for you and your household* 26 days annual leave – rising with length of service and the ability to buy more* Life assurance (up to 8 x salary)* Personal accident cover (up to 5 x salary)* Excellent family friendly policies, such as 26 weeks full pay for maternity / adoption leave, as well as 4 weeks paid paternity / partner leave.
