Business Analyst – (Europe Team)

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Europe team. This role will act as the primary UK-based point of contact overseeing the implementation and ongoing support of Microsoft Fabric and Commercial Analytics solutions. In addition to Business Analysis, the individual will manage the Sonata account, drive client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Report requirements gathering/elicitation
• Pharma domain knowledge with Europe HLS experience preferred
• Commercial analytics experience
• Data analysis, data mappings, SQL
• MS Fabric/PBI exposure
• Requirements tracking
• UAT testing
