The Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our busy Service Department as a Trainee Service Advisor. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career within the automotive industry, supported by structured training and development.

You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, acting as the link between our customers and our workshop team in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all customers
  • Accurately capture and document customer requirements and concerns
  • Carry out vehicle walkarounds and support with service inspections
  • Clearly explain recommended work and service requirements
  • Prepare and communicate accurate cost estimates
  • Schedule service and repair appointments efficiently
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure work is completed on time
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout their journey

About You

  • Previous customer service experience and drivers licence is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive approach with good problem-solving abilities
  • Basic IT skills for system use and record keeping
  • An interest in the automotive industry (knowledge is advantageous but not essential)
