About the Role
As Project Manager, you will lead project teams and supply chains from pre‑construction through to completion, taking ownership of operational, commercial and safety performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget, with full P&L responsibility
- Lead safety with passion and credibility, embedding a Zero Harm culture and driving continuous improvement
- Engage closely with customers to manage change, expectations and long‑term relationships
- Drive strong sustainability performance, promoting efficient management of waste, energy and water
- Embed operational excellence through leadership health checks and rigorous monthly project improvement processes
- Ensure effective planning, risk management, project controls and reporting
- Apply Lean construction principles and digital tools such as BIM360Field to optimise performance and safety
- Maintain a strong understanding of contract terms and conditions to support commercial decision‑making

We’re Looking For
- Experience in project management within the construction sector
- Confident leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with experience managing project finances
- Experience or strong understanding of Lean construction principles (desirable)
- Valid CSCS card
- Professional qualification (e.g. APMP) – desirable
