Are you confident in your knowledge of CDM Regulations and committed to ensuring safe project delivery?
We are seeking a dedicated CDM Advisor to embed within a leading utilities company. This role involves ensuring all projects fully compliant with CDM legislation, advising on design, and conducting site audits on framework contractors.
The successful candidate will:
- Oversee and advise on the application of CDM Regulations, including the review of PCI, Design, and Construction Phase Plans.
- Conduct competency assessments on Framework Contractors for Designers and Principal Contractors.
- Perform site audits to monitor CDM compliance during design and construction phases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote best practices and deliver targeted CDM training.
- Support the development and review of risk assessments and H&S files to meet safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant engineering or health and safety qualification, with NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary design teams and applying health and safety principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office 365.
