Join Abacus Medicine and take full ownership of expanding our Clinical Trial Services (CTS) business across Europe. In this role, you will work closely with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, supporting the efficient and reliable supply of clinical trials.

This is a highly commercial role with direct impact on revenue growth and business development.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and win new CTS clients within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across Europe
  • Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify market opportunities and translate them into commercial actions
  • Drive revenue growth within your assigned territory
  • Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored client solutions
  • Maintain CRM data and ensure a smooth handover to Key Account Management

Your profile

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Strong track record in acquiring new clients and driving revenue
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand market dynamics
  • Structured, independent and results-driven way of working
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of ownership, drive and resilience
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
