Installation / Commissioning Manager
We are hiring for our client, a well-established and growing engineering business based in Co. Tyrone, to recruit an experienced Installation / Commissioning Manager. This is a key hire for the organisation, offering the opportunity to lead commissioning activities across complex machinery and equipment projects, both on-site and internationally.
The successful Installation / Commissioning Manager will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards, working closely with engineering, production, and customer teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead installation and commissioning activities across multiple projects
- Manage on-site teams and coordinate with internal engineering functions
- Oversee testing, validation, and handover of equipment to clients
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Maintain strong client relationships during installation and commissioning phases
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety standards and procedures
- Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a commissioning, installation, or field service management role
- Strong background in heavy engineering, machinery, or wash plant equipment
- Experience managing teams on-site and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required for project delivery
- Strong understanding of health & safety in a site-based environment
