Salary: £35,542.92 to £41,005.02 (SPM1 to SPM4 including market premium)

About the Role

  • Plan and deliver Electrical Installation programmes to learners from Level 1 to Level 3 within the college environment.
  • Engage with applicants and parents, offering accurate and reasonable initial advice and guidance during application and enrolment.
  • Maintain regular documented contact with all learners during their study programme, providing constructive and supportive feedback to aid their development and progress.
  • Track learner progress in all elements, including English and Maths where required, set timely and realistic completion targets, and assist candidates with portfolio building.

Skills & Experience

Applicants shall be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in an appropriate discipline and hold or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification, e.g. PGCE (funded by us).
