About the role

Manage the transport team, supervise guides and drivers, and oversee the fleet of mini‑buses. Ensure vehicles are maintained, arrange cover for guides and drivers, and drive on bus routes when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of guides and drivers.
  • Maintain and manage a fleet of mini‑buses.
  • Plan and coordinate transport routes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and legal requirements.
  • Provide driving cover for routes as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience driving school or college minibuses.
  • Experience in managing or supporting a transport team.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
