We are looking for Quality Control Analysts who will be responsible for supporting and ensuring operational outputs meet regulatory, internal, and industry standards. Checking and challenging framework to identify errors, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across the business unit.
This role will be on a temporary basis and, should you demonstrate the required skills, may open the doors to a permanent career in the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support high-volume and complex QC processes.
- Engage with stakeholders by communicating findings and providing constructive feedback.
- Analyze trends or systemic failures, offering suggestions for remedial actions to leadership.
- Make improvements by collaborating with stakeholders to refine standard operating procedures based on QA results.
Key Skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge or background on Financial Crime.
- Knowledge or experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) and/or AML (Anti‑Money Laundering).
- Experience working and supporting high‑quality due diligence reviews.
- Ability to investigate, analyze, and present findings clearly.
