An independent London-based media agency is looking for a Programmatic Manager to support and manage programmatic campaigns across a range of clients.

This role focuses on delivering strong campaign performance through DSPs, with responsibility for activation, optimisation, and ongoing performance improvement.

The Role

As Programmatic Manager, you will manage day-to-day programmatic activity across display and video campaigns.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident running campaigns, working with data, and contributing to campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimise programmatic campaigns across leading DSPs
  • Monitor performance and make adjustments to improve results against client objectives
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and delivery across campaigns
  • Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build and refine audience targeting using available data sources
  • Work with internal teams to support integrated campaign delivery
  • Test new targeting approaches, formats, and inventory sources
  • Ensure campaigns are tracked and reported accurately

Requirements

  • Experience in programmatic advertising, ideally within an agency environment
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar
  • Good understanding of display and video advertising
  • Comfortable managing budgets and optimising campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
  • Experience with audience data or segmentation tools
  • Familiarity with brand safety or verification platforms
  • Exposure to campaign reporting and performance analysis

Working Setup

  • Full-time role
  • Hybrid: 3 days per week in London office

Package

  • £40,000 – £50,000 salary depending on experience
