This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced venues, loves leading from the front and knows how to keep both the team and the atmosphere buzzing.

Running high-energy shifts and supporting the day-to-day operation
Leading from the front and jumping behind the bar when needed
Keeping cocktail quality and service standards high
Supporting with rotas, stock and labour control

What were looking xwzovoh for
At least 1 year experience as a Senior Bartender or Team Leader
Confidence in busy, high-volume bars
Great energy and strong communication skills
Someone who stays calm under pressure and leads by example
Passion for cocktails, nightlife and guest experience
