We are looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to lead a kitchen in Central London, working with fresh, quality ingredients and delivering consistently high standards.
This role would suit an experienced Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef who feels ready to take the next step in their career and lead their first kitchen.
What we’re looking for:– Passion for fresh, high-quality food– Strong leadership and kitchen management skills– Ability to maintain high standards in a busy environment– Great organisational skills and attention to detail– Positive attitude with a hands-on approach– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
The role:– 45 hours per week– 5 days out of 7– Leading and motivating the kitchen team– Maintaining food quality and consistency– Managing stock, GP, ordering, and kitchen operations– Ensuring xwzovoh health & safety standards are met
